The crossing

Faro de Artrutx (Menorca) ↔ Cap de Freu (Mallorca): 36.6 km between start and finish coasts. Our archive contains 60 crossings by swimmers from 6 countries.

Distance is the shortest straight line between the start and finish coastal stretches, not the GPS track length: currents cause swimmers to cover much more distance.
