About the race
Les Défis du Donjon take place in the picturesque setting of the Cher river, right by Montrichard Val de Cher. This event, organized by the Montrichard Aquatique Squale (MASQ) club, offers an open water immersion in the heart of the Loir-et-Cher department.
The event is held at the Montrichard beach, the central hub for the start and finish of all races. The atmosphere is that of a sporting competition governed by the Fédération Française de Natation regulations, open to both licensed swimmers and the general public wishing to test their abilities over various distances.
